The machine that was invented to extrude the "flakes" of corn, is the very beginning of the whole grocery store full of highly processed foods, and farm subsidies, and maybe even the culprit of the start of daylight-savings. Now I shop only the "outside ring" of the grocery store to steer clear of all the "new and improved" products on the grocer's shelves.
