On one side are those who regard it as a program designed to rectify racism and reverse the effects of both past and present discrimination; on the other side are those who simply see it as another form of discrimination, giving one group extra advantages based on skin color. I think this is a good topic. I feel like by giving certain ethnic groups extra advantages it seems as if they dont believe they can do it on their own. It also seems unfair to me that the 'most qualified' may not get the job. Especially in certain jobs that involve any risk. I want the most qualified doctor. But thats just my opinion as a female with basically no ethnic culture
