Are there any sounds that can be spoken by humans that cannot be spelled out within the English alphabet?

What do you think? Try naming any of them. I believe you cannot find 1 sound to meet this requirement. ( Edited by webdesign )

How about sounds people make when expressing certain emotions: for example: the sound you make when describing how you want to wring someone's neck; or a derisive snort. Of course comics and writers try to describe these sounds, but in the end we only know what they mean because we've made that sound before in the situation we're reading about

The so-called "click languages" have between three and forty sounds for which there are no direct representations using the English alphabet. An example of one which we spell out onomatopoeiatically is tsk, as in "tsk tsk".
