In my heart, I don't believe in shit...we're just animals who invented God as a convenient solution to the problem of our "gift" of self-awareness and the knowledge of our mortality...and all the icky, non-divine feelings that follow. But it's logical folly to claim there is no God in the absence of evidence. One may not disprove a negative. Hence, I am an agnostic if only in deference to the formality of inductive reasoning.

By the way, I made this topic when I was looking through the leaderboards for this site and thought to myself, "Wow, there are a lot of atheists here. So am I. Mhh, I wonder if analytical minds that would like top five lists lend themselves to being minds open enough to be atheists." Interesting stuff.
