Will the list change from 2007? This is a list of people who are judged to have the most influence on the positive development of the world.- less poverty, eradication of disease, less corruption - all the good stuff. Unfortunately, we in the West don't know the names of individuals who are doing great things in this regard who are from Latin America, or Asia, or Europe, or Africa. ( Edited by sitkam )

Well, considering how the election was going on for so long, its hard to remember much else happening, it feels like, especially since hardly anything else was reported on.
I'm surprised that there aren't more names on this list.
