In the design industry we see this sort of thing all the time. Design plagiarism. It hurts to see it happen. But there is a small part of me that has a bit of a chuckle too - as I stare in disbelief at how obvious people are willing to make it. ( Edited by Devin )

Our new site sports a different look, but in 2007 we used a "lab" theme for the smashLAB website. The idea seemed to be a favorite on CSS sites, and a few months later we found it "ripped" by four different groups. The worst one was Apriva Creative (since defunct).
