Diesel, Dvorak? Really? The guy's the perfect example of an internet troll. Never says anything but to be shocking and get traffic, and he's rarely right about anything.
As for the main list it's missing some huge names:
Ze Frank, blogger and entertainer, host of the Show with Ze Frank, probably the 2nd most popular videoblog of all time, after Rocketboom while Amanda Congdon is still there, and let's face it, he's not just the pretty face she is.
Xeni Jardin of BoingBoing/NPR. She's smart AND she's a reporter? That never happens anymore. Not to mention her gadget reviews are some of the best in the business.
Pete Rojas from Engadget is a solid bet, taking gadget-blogging into the mainstream media and doing it better than anyone else.
What about Sean Bonner and Jen Chung? With the Metblogging and Gothamist empires, they represent some of the biggest cities in the world with daily coverage of stories the major newspapers don't make.
Merlin Mann, and the 43 Folders gang? John Gruber of Daring Fireball fame? Fake Steve Jobs?
Probably not the best list I've seen.
