Tell us what you think....
Nice suggestions gregen9, but why not add your picks and explain why? (Perhaps with links to the breweries you mention.) That way others will learn about these beers as well. :-)
Anything by Deschutes or Widmer Bros. Breweries in Oregon beats anything on this list. The point? Local micro-breweries are producing the superior product. Maybe you should have said the 'best mass-marketed' beer? Guiness is fine (but not better than Murphey's) and the Newcastle I like. #12-15 I don't know. But If you're going to list Corona (which is fine) you might as well list all the other Mexican beers that taste just like it (Pacifico Clara etc). i just don't think it belongs on anything but a 'best Mexican' list. You seem to have a preference for pilsener's where I find my 'default' beer is an IPA (or EPA). Difference of taste. But nice list.
Duvel and Jupiler, my two fav beers :-) I'm glad to see that so many Belgian Beers are in the list! (sadly not in the top5)
LOL... that's a question you have to ask a Belgian lik me. =) By the way it's 'Hoegaarden' not 'Hoegaarten'...
Does Cider count? I love me some Strongbow
