I'm surprised at the lack of love I'm seeing for the survival horror genre here! Resident Evil 3 was as brilliant and engrossing as Metal Gear Solid. I can still say that no game has ever messed with my head as much as the first Silent Hill - that wacked out dream logic and imagery - really got into my head!
