Dirk Diggler and his super-Johnson (played by Mark Wahlberg) conquer the world of adult entertainment in this gritty, unglamourized narrative of the porn and drug culture of the late seventies and early eighties. Much coke and speed are consumed by all members of the cast and crew portrayed in the films...the results of which are depressing and tragic. A good cautionary tale about excess.
