Nurse Ratched(Louise Fletcher) is so-o snidely. She has bullied all her patients into such submissiveness that each and every one is scared to do anything. And she has the say in how well they are doing and decides whether they are well enough (to hopefully go home). This movie can be frustrating to watch.
