I just saw it last weekend--it was amazing!
I saw "No Country for Old Men. Coen Brothers in fine form. Completely stripped down, no score, and very eerie and tense. Javier Bardem is chilling as a relentless boogieman.
American Gangster was incredibly intense. The Christmas montage of all the opulence on one side and then the grief and death on the other was very disturbing. That scene really brought home the true reality of drug abuse.
