No one, not even Lugosi did it better...who else could upstage Anthony Hopkins and make you forgive the casting director for hiring Keanu Reeves? "The laugh" (if you've seen the movie) is just about the creepiest thing on screen...ever. But he also lends the character sympathetic qualities that most actors cannot.
