wow!! arnold is so cool, i remember seeing it when i was a child, although i liked more the most recent ones.. the "new ones" than the old ones, but they're ok, all my life i wished that animals came out of my door when i open it

This was a tough one...I was going to give this the #1 spot right off the bat but even though Hey Arnold is a fantastic show, it doesn't have the uniqueness Rocko's Modern Life does. That being said, Hey Arnold is a cartoon that anyone from age 0.1 to 99.9 can enjoy. Funny at times, sad at times, great all the time. You can really relate to every character in the show one way or another. I mean come on, who hasn't had a girl(or boy) pick on you because they like you?
