I just shared a couple bottles of this last week at our weekly supper club, so here our impressions. First: blech. Seriously, off nose, bitter, thin & unpalatable. Let it sit for a half and hour. OK, noticeably better. We aerated it, that is poured it into a decanter - read "another bottle" - and allowed it to come into contact with plenty of oxygen - read "poured vigorously & swirled", let it stand, and tried it again. Much, much better! This old trick worked wonders, and a $3 bottle of wine (that's right!) drank like a $9 dollar bottle. Conclusion: we'd do it again. Vigorously. by srlong 4 years ago
