Fresca is located in one of my favorite neighborhoods of san francisco, Pacific Heights this romantic and quaint little Peruvian restaurant serves some of the best ceviche, i recommend the black ceviche. Every dish on the menu is amazing and the prices are pretty good too. by ryankoziel
