rby's used to be a decent place to eat a quick bite for lunch or supper. However, the last couple of recent visits to Arby's, for me, was a disaster. The people working there laughed at the customers coming in to eat. The food was just thrown together, and not the good Arby's food of past visits. It was a sloppy mess, and when I got up to get extra napkins (which they don't keep out any more for customers to take as needed), a worker snidely told me that "I gave you napkins already". All-in-all, a turnoff, and it may be awhile before I go back. So until that time (and only if and when I see a marked improvement), my rating is a 2.
