Whatever you had the night before, be sure to put some aside for the next day.

Pot Pies

I often make something stew-like for the family supper, especially in the winter. I double the recipe, and make half a dozen pot pies out of the leftovers. I freeze them so I always have a selection on hand to take to work. Couple minutes in the microwave, and Bob's your Uncle!

Vietnamese Sandwich

This Vietnamese Sandwich is awesome and it is a nice break from common sandwiches . The garlic chili sauce is common in Asian sections of markets but Indonesian sambal or Korean chili paste can also be substituted.
