TaterTot Hotdish

This is a newer classic(since tatertots were brought to the market). To put this together:
Layer lightly browned ground beef with chopped onion, parsley, and spices you like, to cover bottom of casserole dish, add a layer of frozen green beans(or vegetales of your choice), then layer on a can of condensed mushroom soup(right out of the can). Top with frozen tatertots, BAKE in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I used to babysit a little boy who's mom had this hotdish packed for his lunch about once a week. He liked it just fine, but at that point, I hadn't tried making it yet. Now, Ive tried it and find it to be very similar to another hotdish we made before there were Tatertots...still good.
