The classic, vinegar and chili pepper sauce...a must for eggs.
I call it "Cock sauce" because of the rooster...very hot, great on everything, a hint of garlic. Especially good on bland, Americanized Szechwan food!
From my hometown, the best horseradish your nose can handle.
It's hard to find this stuff anymore on shelves, but if you see it online, order some.
Basically, Japanese horseradish...GREAT ON SUSHI!
