Remember that cell phone contract that you signed-up for that turned out to cost twice as much as it actually was supposed to? Well, the trick is to start talking to the other guys, ask them for their best rate, and then shop it back to your existing provider. Once they know that you're on your way, they're likely to cut your rate. (This works best when you are in the last months of your contract though.) ( Edited by karj)
