Tell us what you think....
Denim!! Definitely. As for the asparagus -- umm, still not for me ...
I'm with you there. That being said, most things I like now would have made me gag as a child. (i.e. scotch, espresso, etc.)
and as for the taste palette one...how many people have hated asparagus but love it now as adults?
Eames Lounge chair always seems to stay in style (even though I think DWR just released a white version) and certain rustic styles of shelves and things always seem to stay classy. Modernist stuff sometimes has an image attached to it though like "that guy is trying to look like hes cool, by spending so much on a coffee table" but who knows...
Denim is a good one. I hate when its just out of the washer and I have to re-introduce them to my evergrowing midsection. I've never owned a leather jacket, but the coolest ones are all beat up and tend to be found on people attached to motorcycles, or people who shop at The Buckle and pay for the experienced look.
And denim... Who wants to wear jeans that haven't formed to your body? I think this is true of leather as well. A thirty year old leather jacket looks great, but ones that are shiny and new, tend to make people look like Tobias Funge on Arrested Development.
