We have to design homes and apartment buildings that cool themselves with ventilation and shade so that air conditioning becomes unnecessary.
Air conditioning is OK. But I think it might be bad for the environment. Just jump in a lake!
It may sound weird that i put a hot shower. But after you get out of a hot shower you feel really cooled!
