Description: When I went to sign up for an ING Direct Investment Savings Account, BMO (my day-to-day bank at the time) said that every transfer to ING would be a wire transfer costing me $20 a pop. ING told me it was an electronic fund transfer costing me nothing, just like when an employer directly deposits into my account or when I use an Interac card. I think what BMO did was unethical.
