I have lost 40 lb since December. Here's how I did it.

This is pretty obvious.
People are just looking for an easy way out to weight loss, when they just need to eat less and move more!
Working out+eating right= maxiel!

In my first month, I lost 15 lb.
The biggest things for me were working out and eating right.
By mid-January, I was down 25 lb.
From January until now I have lost 15 lb. There's been a lot of transition in my life which has made it a big more difficult, but I am still losing.
I've also taken up running, which I am hoping to continue with the summer months.
