What distinct kinds do you think you should take regularly? No brands please, just generic names (e.g., melatonin). Also, please avoid vague entries like "multivitamins" ( Edited by molave )

Omega 3 Oils

This is a huge deal for everyone's health. Its found in fish so its smart ot eat some fish in moderation as well as take 1 of these per day depending on your health. Ask a doctor.

This one is still controversial (as are others posted here), but I have tried it, and if nothing else it's harmless!
