I am a graphic designer and I absolutely HATE monotype corsiva! I have clients that want me to use it on wedding invitations...it makes me nauseous. I really like to use something like Adobe Garamond or Jenson for the body of an invite and Scriptina for the names. I think it's elegant. Oh, and one of the worst typeface disasters of all time is when monotype is used in all caps. That is just insane!
