We read about impending global financial meltdown in the headlines and how members of the US government are seeking to prop up a plummeting Wall Street with $700 Billion in taxpayer funds. But what does 700 Billion Dollars look like, exactly? It's such a large abstract number that we can't conceive of it's vastness. I certainly couldn't, so I decide to put it in some perspective. What's the price of bailing out what some feel is a deeply flawed and greedy system? ( Edited by wilmod7 )

Tell us what you think....
I agree with your entire list. IT would be amazing for the government to TRULY hep the people instead of getting richer and doing less work in Washington. Sad times for the US financial markets and the average working person.
Great post! Add a description though--I think some people might not get the $700 billion reference. :-)
