Description: In May 2009, BC voters will have another opportunity to vote on the proposed BC- Single Transferable Vote electoral system. The Citizens' Assembly of BC came up with the system, which is designed to help make sure that the share of seats each party gets in the legislature is more representative of their share of the vote.
