The king of all video sites, I mean this has pretty much dominated the market and is continually adding more and more features, but no real premium content. http://www.youtube.com
Videos for kids! http://kideos.com/
Not only can you upload videos and watch UGC, but it also has really good premium content like watching full episodes of the Daily Show, Colbert Report, Family GUy, and more legally and free. http://www.hulu.com

Now with video! http://www.flickr.com
Nice alternative to Youtube! http://video.yahoo.com
Not really a place for users to upload their own videos, but as an online video network it has several top shows including Pop Siren, Xlr8r, tekzilla, and more. Great stuff http://www.revision3.com
Vimeo like youtube depends on UGC to keep people coming back, but it's social structure is a bit more sophisticated with the ability make multiple channels and groups. http://www.vimeo.com

You can upload your video, but similar to hulu what makes this network worth your time is the premium content. Instead of having well known shows it has websclusive content from major producers and actors. Gaytown has to be one of the funniest things I've ever seen. http://www.crackle.com
Tell us what you think....
ya ..?
what is the point of the go2web20 link?
yeah, veoh is similar, but its really only good for quickly subbed anime.
...and i also really miss Stage 6 ... but, i hear a clone is in the works...?
..actually, i mean :(
I'd love to be able to access Hulu -- so much great content; but I guess there are legal issues that prevent most of its content being accessed by Canadian visitors :)
I forgot to mention live video streaming sites like Justin.tv and ustream.com
