By actual usage, IE would be #1. It's unfortunate, but I have to admit it's "top" just because you always have to consider it...you build a site, think it's done, then say "wait, I wonder what IE will see..." by 67ideas

why not tell the other browser makers to make their products 100% IE compatible so users who are stuck using IE (because they have to connect to backend microsoft technologies - OWA, SharePoint, etc.) has other choices other than just IE.
It makes me sad that this is here. Using IE should be illegal.
