Do you think it'd be possible to post links to this topic, and the other MakeFive good citizenship topics with the Contest page? Maybe as a starting point for new members who read through those pages?

masinator, you should be barred from voting/commenting on this topic. You're just here for the points. Instead of voting on this one, stop for a moment and READ the suggestions that others have made.

You know, later in life you'll likely find that you learn more by closing your mouth (or in this case, turning off your mouse) and instead opening your ears.

Add new items: Just selecting from the 5 that are there doesn't add much. Sure, there are times when all your choices match up, but you bringing something new to a topic is more beneficial than just rehashing the same ol thing.

Be invested: Try not to just vote on a topic to vote on a topic. I've never read an agatha christie novel, so I think it'd be wierd for me to vote on the best one she's written.

Keep with the format of the selections: This means try and stick with how a person has answered the topic, for instance in the Nobel Prize one, people would post the name of the winner, what category and the year, but in the 20 minute conversation one, some people just posted random phrases. It helps to keep things consistent for comparing and thinking about the topic
