OMG!! i think that the pics are the most frustrating thing!

If your getting that frustrated people, I do believe that you are missing the point?!

I haven't been around in a bit, offline life has been a bit much, and i noticed some things about the super-burst of top 4 going on right now.

I think the shift of points should go towards people getting topics voted on. For instance, i have 640 points, with 30+ people voting on my topics, and i haven't been really active this month at all. All 640 are from people voting on things i posted.

The current first place person, has 8000+ points, only 29 people voting on his topics, and 18 of the 29 votes are from his friend.

Just seems skewed. I didn't check others, but I'm sure there are people who get more votes on their topics, instead of just making tons of topics.

I think one of the things that incredibly frustrating for me lately, is people who don't use proper grammer. Typing everything in lowercase, or entirely in caps. Adding !!! to the end of things, or simply not checking as they hit "add" to see if they are duplicating something similar in the topic, is beyond frustrating. Also, Ignoring the format of a post (for instance, on books, only putting the title, without the author, etc) is another thing thats been annoying. I guess though that thats more "things that frustrate you about makefive user habits" not makefive itself.

The issue with "topic flooding" is being addressed. Some of the parties who've been doing so have been contacted and asked to stop doing so.

This is a real issue, as it makes the site far less enjoyable to use for those who are creating real content. Those who continue to flood pointless topics (i.e. "top five weather") will have their points and system access revoked.

This community is about quality discussion, not just a proliferation of crap. If you spot someone "topic flooding", please do ask them to knock it off.

Sometimes pics won't upload.

The move up/down feature has a few bugs sometimes and it makes organizing the top 5's difficult at times.

Items are often re-used with different names or used incorrectly.
