1. Easy work

Getting a typical office job isn't very hard, and it's very predictable money. Since we're just talking about getting money and not getting rich, this is the way to go. If you're competent, many jobs require just 3 hours of your time each day. This is easy.

2. Hard work

To me, hard work is waiting tables, cleaning houses, construction...none of these pay well! So, I wouldn't put hard work as the number 1 easiest way to earn money. That being said, hard work becomes valuable again when you want to be VERY successful. You have to "hustle", get your name out there, build meaningful relationships, and get some great ideas.
