Lately we've been seeing what happens when overworked designers get a little too rushed: Photoshop Disasters. Missing limbs, revised anatomy, and just a lot of bad blunders. Some are funny, while others are outright scary. It's funny, I don't think we even said "Photoshop disasters" a few years ago. (I'll bet this phrase will become common language soon.)
