The bubbely bubbely, the most shallow of all the wines but also the coolest, classiest and arguably the tastiest for non-wine connaisseurs. Which labels do you like? Please note that "champagne" is not informative enough, as it is a regional style :) As an interesting tidbit, did you know there are also RED sparkling wines out there? I know they exist, but if you know more about there please post :)
