First off, this isn't a beauty contest...this is about talent. If it were a beauty contest, Keira Knightley would be on this list and Pete Postlethwaite would not. Second, feel free to add, but Mel Gibson and Bruce Lee aren't here because they were born in the States, so please check birthplace before adding. And don't litter the list with hobbits, pirates, and sorcerers unless you really believe they have talent.
