This song has such a deep soulful beat, you would not be able to sit still while listening to it. Many times I've needed to crank it up and just enjoy the whole thing. It's on my ipod and in my cd collection...if ever I run an exercise class, it will be there, too!

Every single one of us knows this song...and the dance is so simple that we have to get up and do it. Have you ever been to a wedding reception that didn't have this on the playlist? You didn't have any fun at that wedding, then!
