Best place for lunch in Gastown, Vancouver

smashLAB (the creators of this site) has an office in Gastown. We work lots, and therefore, rarely pack lunches. Today I'm bored of all the places we tend to go and want some new ideas. So how about this? I'll post some of my favorites, and you do the same. Soon we'll all have a nice resource for new ideas on where to go for lunch (in our own "hood".)

1. Chill Winston

The patio gets overcrowded in the summer evenings, the service is awful and the high bar stools inside aren't the most comfortable - still this place gets a vote. Go in with a big group, book ahead, and enjoy a pitcher of Mojito's. You won't regret it.

2. salt

I remember when the "Salt Tasting Room" first opened. There was a big hoo-ha and everyone went in to find overpriced wine pairings that, at the end of the review, won the hearts of many. Basically they know how to pair wines in a way that you can't even imagine - just bring a fat wallet.
