On the East Coast, people take their Chinese food quality VERY seriously. Any where you go has a Chinese restaurant. These are the top ones I have encountered. What are yours?

1. Seafood Empire - North Brunswick, NJ

This place Seafood Empire is our closest chinese restaurant and for New Jersey its as good as it gets. Its actually better then most restaurants ive eaten in new york city, go figure. For some reason when we take out instead of sit in the food is actually better.

2. China Kettle - Brooklyn, NY

I used to work 4 stores away from this place in a crappy shopping mall in Brooklyn. It was a dumpy job and a dumpy Chinese restaurant but this one dish made me really happy because of how good it was. I used to deliver food in my original 1984 camaro to rich people of Mill Basin Brooklyn for $2-$10 tips.
